All subscriptions are auto-renewing. However, you can simply log straight in to your account after placing the order. On the ‘Subscriptions’ page, choose to ‘view’ the relevant subscription: here you can turn the auto-renew off. Alternatively, you can ‘suspend’ or ‘cancel’ the subscription. Any adventures that you have already paid for will still stand, it just means you have paused or cancelled the auto-renewal aspect.

Yes! If you choose the Bumper Box, you are given the option to add a sibling pack. This means you will receive two gift items and two hands-on activities in your box. There will still be just one book, bookmark, magazine, sticker sheet, map.

Yes! Simply place an order for one child. When you reach the Order Summary page, click on the ‘Add Another Package’ button, then place the order for the second child. You will then pay for both orders at the same time. If the children live at different addresses, no problem! You can enter different shipping addresses on the checkout page.

No. We send our adventures in a set order. If you prefer to explore the adventures in your own order, we can send multiple adventures at once. Please place your order for 3-month / 6-month / 12-month plan, then email us requesting we ship them all at once.
